Our care of others is a measure of our love for Christ.

One of the distinctives that sets CROSS apart from other organizations is our belief that we are not simply to care for those with disabilities but to join with them on their journey toward wholeness.  We enter into their lives and they become our teachers as well as friends.

Of course, our desire is to provide the very best quality of care for each resident.  Our direct care staff are excellent and the House parents have settled in.  There is not the constant turnover of staff that often frequents residential care.  This provides the needed security for our residents.  We are very grateful for our staff.

Our camp staff comes from all over the United States giving of their time and talents to provide the very best of camping experiences.  Their commitment is incredible and their performance outstanding.  The key to this amazing staff is the intergenerational aspect.  We have teenagers being trained and Senior citizens serving faithfully.  The mix is just what the campers need, enjoy and appreciate.
